Cue Files

Some of the mixes have cue files available to download. In case you are wondering what this is or how to you it, I’ll tell you…

A cue file is a list of instructions which can be used to split an mp3 into separate tracks or burn to a CD with trackmarks.

To split the mp3 you can use a program such as Medieval Cue Splitter (PC) or cue-splitter (mac). You will need to download both the .mp3 and .cue files to the same folder and open the cue file in your software. Alternatively you can use some some burning software (e.g. Nero) to ‘Burn a disc from image file’ and select the .cue file.
